Want more XP in Co-Op, you have to turn up the difficulty to match the rewards.
What I am saying you don't rate it at the current difficulty level. I'm not saying you shouldn't get more XP. It's a MEANINGLESS ARGUMENT TO THE POINT AT HAND. Stop trying that argument to justify your position. It has nothing once again to do with what either you or I consider fun. This is not a new concept to the gaming world and I'm sorry you can't wrap your head around it. Difficulty vs reward is something that has been around in gaming since the first video games. So why the should you get to decide or impose arbitrary restrictions based on YOUR perceived attitude on what constitutes meritorious play on *me*? BTW, I would never extend the same 'courtesy' to you.Īnd i'm going to let you in on a little secret. The result is what matters, the gaining of enjoyment. The amount of effort put in, MERIT, as you said, is inconsequential in a diversionary task. Why should I, in a luxury item, be punished for the way I choose to have fun and gain enjoyment? Why should you be REWARDED for the way you choose to have fun? As established, this is not work. I shy from that word because things can be enjoyable without being fun (horror games for example aren't 'fun' but are very enjoyable). But in addition to being those things they are supposed to be enjoyable. Not a chore, at this point, not even a sport. Difficulty = better rewards isn't a myth, it's a naive thought. I'm gona let you in on a life secret here kiddo, rarely, for good reason, in life is difficulty in task related to reward.
